James Pogatshnik

James Pogatshnik (known online as bigmono) is the host and producer of Norse Code, the #1 podcast for Minnesota Vikings fans. He is responsible for the show's production, structure, and much of its comedic tone.

Role on Norse Code

James serves as the show's anchor and producer — he keeps episodes moving, manages the mailbag, and provides the comedic counterbalance to Arif Hasan's analytical deep dives. While Arif brings the film and data, James brings the listener's perspective and a sharp wit that has defined the show's voice across 600+ episodes.

He is the logistical backbone of Norse Code: booking guests, managing the Patreon, coordinating the annual Christmas clip show, and keeping Arif broadly on topic.
